Comparative law in criminal law and criminal procedure law

In criminal law and criminal procedure law the Chair has initiated a German-Japanese dialogue on criminal law. The Chair also sends his professors as guest lecturers to the Waseda University and the Chuo University in Tokyo. It is intended to hold German-Japanese conventions on fundamental questions of criminal theory and criminal justice to take place in Augsburg and Tokyo.
