Dogmatics of criminal law

This project aims to comment on selected areas of material criminal law. The Leipzig commentary, an extensive commentary on the German Criminal Code, contains comments on the following topics: civil disorder, euthanasia and the biomedical questions with respect to the beginning of life. The general section contains commentaries on reasons of justification and excuse, while the specific section contains commentaries on gambling and corruption occurring in the economy. Likewise integrated are fundamental questions on criminal theory, in particular on criminal law with respect to State enemies.
