Criminal procedure

The law of revision is fundamentally analysed and will be re-evaluated in a monography. Besides, our research activities focus mainly on agreements in criminal procedures which constitute the main subject in modern criminal procedure. Furthermore, the code of criminal procedure will be commented, ie the regulations on, among others, interlocutary proceedings and the procedural concept of deed.
