Admission criteria

Excellent academic results
Formally, applicants will need an excellent bachelor's degree in business sciences, computer science, business & information systems engineering, (industrial) engineering, finance and mathematics or other related disciplines. Awards, certifications, references, scholarships and testimonials are also beneficial. The Examination Board will decide on the equivalence of the degree handed in.

Interdisciplinary interests
We seek for students who want to develop from being a specialist in one or two disciplines to being a generalist with a broad range of interdisciplinary skills. Thus, any relevant interdisciplinary qualifications (e.g. extra-curricular activities, international experience or internships) can be helpful.

Practical experience
Practical experience of the applicants (e.g. internships, work at university), which demonstrates their competency to apply the knowledge and techniques gained through studies to real problems, would also be a plus.

Social involvement
The ability to work effectively in teams is a key component of the Graduate Program. Therefore, we are looking for candidates with active social involvement (e.g. membership in political parties or other social organizations) who can take responsibility and demonstrate leadership as well as strong interpersonal and communication skills in order to be successful team players.

Language competencies
Since the program is bilingually (English and German), applicants will be asked to demonstrate their language skills - which should allow them to follow lectures and take exams in both languages - during the assessment process.

If you feel “fit” for our challenging and ambitious program, we are looking forward to your application.
