Women & Career 2016: Successful Women - Successful Lives?

The current FIM class invites interested female students to a lively discussion with successful women from science and practice. In an informal and open atmosphere, the speakers tell of their careers and speak about chances and challenges in the world of work. The participants are encouraged to ask all of their questions and actively discuss the topics that they are interested in. After the discussions the participants can talk to the speakers individually in a get-together. We also cater for your physical well-being. Read more>>

Winter School for the class of 2015

After an exhausting week full of exams the FIM class of 2015 had an exciting week with extraordinary topics: Our so called Winter School. The goal of the Winter School's is to grow together as a team and to develop everyone’s abilities by challenging team building actions and workshops. FIM visiting Deutsche Bank and the Euro Finance Week

From November 18 to 19 the FIM class of 2015 had the chance to take a look at a major German bank and to experience excellent speakers. It was all about getting insights from practitioners and new perspectives into a rising field of business. On the first day Deutsche Bank opened its doors to the FIM students and hosted several interesting sessions on different topics. On Wednesday November 19 it was time for the Euro Finance Week, this year titled as "Euro Finance Tech". Thus, the speakers ranged from experienced bankers, over serial entrepreneurs to acknowledged professors such as Prof. Dr. Hans Ulrich Buhl. Read more>>

Bridging the Gap X - "Unlimited Digitalization - a journey with opportunities and challenges"

Both young and well-established enterprises try to identify and exploit the potential that digital technologies offer. The tenth anniversary of the conference “Bridging the Gap” and the subsequent FORUM of the Elite Network of Bavaria provided a platform for 300 guests and fascinating speakers to approach the topic of “Unlimited Digitalization - a journey with opportunities and challenges” in the Munich Residence. Women & Career 2015

Women wishing to have a successful career have a lot of questions in their minds: How to be a "successful" woman? How to have a "successful" life? And, most importantly, how to keep career and private life in balance? A diverse podium of highly interesting speakers reveals fascinating insights and personal experiences.

The event takes place in Augsburg (April 30th) and Bayreuth (April 28th).
