1. Select the email address with which you want to subscribe to the list
2. Send an email to this email address sympa@listserv.dfn.de
   • In the subject: subscribe unia-fai-promovierendenprogramm@listserv.dfn.de Prename Name 
   • The message text can remain empty 
3. You will receive a message that the application has been accepted and you must confirm your inclusion in the list with the link sent to your email address 
4. Do not delete your subscription confirmation: You may need it later to remember your password or to send a specific command to Sympa (e.g. to unsubscribe)
