I acknowledge that the WRDS services are for academic and non-commercial research purposes only, and that using WRDS for internships or any other employment-related activities is explicitly prohibited. I also acknowledge that I am not permitted to use WRDS after leaving the University of Augsburg.

I acknowledge that I will download data responsibly to avoid unnecessary costs for the University of Augsburg.

I acknowledge that sharing my access credentials with third parties is strictly prohibited and that any violation may result in legal consequences.

I acknowledge that my personal data will be stored for two years in order to investigate any violations of the terms of use. Further I acknowledge that additional user data will be stored if I am enrolled at or employed by the University of Augsburg.

I acknowledge that upon termination or expiration of the agreement between WRDS and the University of Augsburg subscribers shall (i) promptly destroy any and all machine-readable material containing any portion of the service and/or any and all related documentation, (ii) expunge any and all documentation produced by WRDS that was accessed by subscribers pursuant to this agreement, and (iii) cease accessing and using the service. WRDS has no rights, termination or otherwise, with respect to data produced by third parties that subscribers may have extracted pursuant to this agreement and that remains in subscriber’s data storage facilities.
