Seit 2019 finden am ISLA Disziplinen übergreifende Gespräche zu urbanistischen Themen statt, die europäische wie transatlantische Stadtdynamiken anbelangen und jeweils im Rahmen unterschiedlicher Formate und Foren des Instituts wissenschaftliche wie nicht-universitäre Expertisen in einen Transferdialog bringen. Dazu gehören u. a. die internationale Urban Methods-Vorlesungsreihe, spezielle PONTES Lectures wie auch Gastvorträge im Rahmen von Panels, Seminaren u. Ä. (s. Sektionen). Since 2019, interdisciplinary City Talks concerning European and transatlantic urban dynamics have been taking place at ISLA. These discussions, held through various formats and forums of the Institute, bring together academic and non-academic expertise in a transfer dialogue. Examples include the international Urban Methods Lecture Series, and special PONTES and guest lectures as part of panels, seminars, and similar events (s. sections).
