“'Androide Augen'. Poetry and Short Fiction. A Reading" (Dr. Nora Zapf)

The mini-fictions in Android’s Eyes revolve around the same character, she/her, who appears in every story in different guises and settings. In this flooded city, where the most important things are forgotten and giant mushrooms grow in place of bus stops, a pregnant android, volleyball-playing flashes of thought and prosthetic legs are everywhere. Does the pond look different with reprogrammed eyes, the ducks regrouping on a cold stone? Are the kites fluttering higher? – An attempt at a new fantastic mode in Munich (set in the year 2050) that doesn’t bow to reality.

The reading will be held in German, however, English translations of the text will be provided.
