In this interactive workshop you work with situations you encounter when supervising students and when coordinating or cooperating in teams. You clarify what your role involves, how to set expectations that students can follow and how to keep communication steady even when work gets busy. You practice giving helpful feedback, defining boundaries and handling motivation or early conflict in a constructive way. The workshop gives you practical tools that make supervision more structured and help you feel more confident in your first leadership steps.
