Urban Food Systems in Transition: The STS Cube as an Interdisciplinary Approach to Sustainability

Explore the digital transformation of urban food systems using Indian megacities as a case study. NutriAIDE is one of the first transdisciplinary projects at the Center for Climate Resilience (ZfK) and is now nearing completion. At this event, we will present key findings and introduce a stakeholder-centered method for mapping food environments: the Space-Time-Sustainability (STS) Cube method.
