I am from Assam, India, and moved to Delhi to pursue my Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences. My growing interest in molecular biology motivated me to continue with a Master’s in Molecular Biology and Physiology at KU Leuven, Belgium. For my Master’s thesis, I investigated the interaction between a small GTPase, ARL2, and a lipid transport protein, OSBPL2. Driven by a strong passion for research, I began my PhD at the University of Augsburg, where my current research focuses on understanding of glycosylated biomolecules and their role in cancer biology. In my free time, I love to travel, enjoy a singing session with my sister and watch a nice movie.
