Anja Schwab studied business administration with a specialization in "Strategy & Information" at the University of Augsburg. During her bachelor’s program, she focused on marketing and market research; in her master’s program, she deepened her studies in the areas of corporate management, entrepreneurship, and leadership.

Anja Schwab gained practical experience during her studies as an intern and  working student in the areas of marketing, corporate communications, and employer branding. After completing her master’s degree, she worked for two years as an assistant to the CMO/CSO at an internationally operating family-owned company. 

Since July 2026, she has been employed as a research assistant at the Chair of Business Management and Organization headed by Prof. Dr. Erik E. Lehmann.
