Leonie Feser joined the team of research assistants at the Chair of Business Administration with a focus on Information Systems and Management in August of 2026. She contributes to the BMFTR-funded research project "PayOrOkay - Sustainable "Pay or Consent" Business Models Between Data Protection, Freedom of Information, and Freedom of the Media".

She completed her Bachelor’s and Master’s degrees in Business Administration at the University of Augsburg and spent a semester abroad at the Instituto Superior Técnico in Lisbon.

In her Master's thesis, which she wrote at the chair of Prof. Dr. Daniel Veit, she conducted a qualitative study examining how transparency can be created by startups and young companies that implement digital social or environmental innovations and face the challenge of combining economic, environmental, and social goals in their business models. In particular, she analyzed how digital innovations can support this process.

During her studies, Leonie Feser gained practical experience in marketing and sales through various working student jobs.
