4.1 Purposes:
Your data will be processed for the following purposes:
- Managing registrations and compiling a list of participants, which will not be published
- Sending up-to-date information about the event to the participants' email addresses provided during registration
- Transferring DAAD scholarships to participants' specified bank accounts in accordance with A.LEAP funding guidelines
- Creating and publishing photographs (without naming names) that are used in the ZLbiB's public relations work (ZLbiB newsletter, ZLbiB website)

Your data will be processed on the basis of Art. 6 Abs. 1 UAbs. 1 Buchst. a DSGV.

10. Withdrawal of consent
You can withdraw your consent at any time. This will not result in any disadvantages for you. The withdrawal can be declared informally to the University of Augsburg. This does not affect the lawfulness of the processing carried out on the basis of your consent until withdrawal.

12. Voluntariness or obligation to provide
Participation in the International Summer School 2026 is voluntary, as is registration for the event. The provision of personal data during registration is voluntary. However, registration for the International Summerschool 2026 is not possible without providing personal data.
