Elementary Ethics for Religious and Ethical Education

The series “Elementary Ethics” intends to create a collection of basic information for the purpose of educational processes in the field of religion and ethics. This includes on the one hand general clues for class preparation as well as concrete methodical ideas. On the other hand the text focuses on the latest insights of social and human sciences, philosophy and theology and their view on topics such as peace, violence and justice (volume 1), family, sexuality and humanness (volume 2), environment and creation (volume 3), grief and death (volume 4) and science, medicine and economics (volume 5). The project’s design is independent from specific concepts and certain religious views. It aims to enable teachers to become independent and self-responsible.
