Studied educational science at the Universities of Würzburg and Augsburg. Managing Director of EB-Training&Coaching since 2001; lecturer at the ZWW at the University of Augsburg (leadership competencies) since 2002; and, also since 2002, lecturer in staff development at the University of Augsburg. Since 2006, has worked for the ProfiLehre program of the Quality Agency at the University of Augsburg; since 2006, has held a teaching position at the Faculty of Law (Communication/Rhetoric). In 2011, held a teaching position at the Faculty of Philosophy and Social Sciences at the University of Augsburg (Basic Forms of Pedagogical Action). 2020/2021: Teaching assignments for “Communication Psychology” and “Presentation/Moderation” at the Augsburg University of Applied Sciences.

Certified continuing education as a Quality Manager (DGQ), Logotherapist (South German Institute for Logotherapy and Existential Analysis), and Systemic Coach (University).
