Studied vocational and adult education at the University of the Federal Armed Forces in Munich and earned an MBA in International Management from the ESB Business School in Reutlingen. Has many years of experience in adult education. Since 2011, has served as program coordinator for the ProfiLehre continuing education program in higher education pedagogy at the Quality Agency of the University of Augsburg. In addition, serves as the representative for severely disabled and similarly situated employees at the University of Augsburg, as the group representative for academic support staff on the University Council and the Collegium, as an elected member of the Convention of Academic Support Staff, and as a member of the S-Net.
