As a former employee of the University of Lübeck, Juliana Wiechert was responsible for developing, launching, and coordinating the psychology degree programs. In this capacity, she counseled many students struggling with test anxiety. She subsequently took charge of continuing education and academic staff development at the university. Drawing on her experience with students, she developed practical programs to support faculty members in their interactions with students.

After 12 years at the university, she decided to pursue new career paths. As managing director of Palstek GmbH, her work focuses on all aspects of mental health and workplace performance.
