The Student Service Centre (Building A1, Presidium, Rooms 2064 and 2065) can answer any initial questions you may have either in person or by telephone about the Examinations Office or Registrar’s Office. For more complex questions, we will refer you to advisors in the relevant area. We also offer the following services:

• Are you planning on taking a leave of absence? We can provide you with advice and you can submit your request for a leave of absence to us.
• Acceptance of pregnancy and breastfeeding notifications according to the Maternity Protection Act (Mutterschutzgesetz)
• Processing of accidents that occurred in connection with one’s studies (sport accidents are processed by the Sport’s Centre)
• Printing of certificates (e.g.,Transcript of Records) for previous students
• You are enrolled in a teacher training programme  and you need a confirmation of average grade for an application to a master’s degree programme? Please request this as early as possible by email at  ssc@zv.uni-augsburg.de - Processing currently takes approx. 3 working days.
  
  Please note: A arithmetic average of credit point weighted module grades will now be shown on the Transcript of Records (Modulbestätigung) for bachelor’s and master’s degree programmes. We no longer issue confirmations of average grade for bachelor's and master's degree programmes!
