Course & Exam Registration for Exchange Students
Course Registration & Language Courses Registration
- Course Registration:
Courses are organized via the "Digicampus" Internet portal.
Digicampus is used to manage your courses. In order to log in, you need your data center ID ("Rechenzentrumskennung").
At Digicampus you can register for seminars and download materials for your courses.
If you encounter technical problems, please use Digicampus Support.
Please note: You can only use Digicampus after you have enrolled at the University of Augsburg!
DaF: The Language Centre of the University of Augsburg offers study-accompanying "DaF" courses (German as a foreign language) at the levels A1 to C2 (European Reference Framework).
All interested students have to take a placement test, which takes place at the beginning of each semester (winter and summer semester).
Other foreign languages: Please refer to the homepage of the language centre for information on the range of courses and diagnostic placement tests.
Exam Registration & Course Certification
- When do I register for exams?
Registration for exams is only possible in a short period of time (approx. 10 days) in the middle of the semester.
Examination registration period: Please refer to the relevant information on the website of the Examination Office, the Language Centre, of your faculty or ask your lecturer or course instructor.
How do I register for exams?
If you want to take exams at the University of Augsburg as an exchange student, you have to register for each exam separately.
Registration is done with the personalized "Certificate for Exchange Students", which is generated via Mobility-Online.
The certificate is at the same time a registration for exams, a confirmation of performance and
is required to create your Transcript of Records. The "Transcript of Records for Exchange Students" replaces the exam registration in STUDIS, Exchange Students
therefore do NOT have to register via STUDIS.
When do the exams take place?
Please refer to the relevant information on the website of the examination office, the language centre, your faculty or ask your lecturer or course instructor.
