• Passionate drug hunter in biotech and pharma with more than ten years of experiences ranging from technology platform development, target ID, lead ID and optimization, preclinical mechanistic studies, IND enabling & filing, biomarker plans and early clinical study design
• Scientific expertise with focus on (immuno-)oncology, single-cell sequencing & immune-profiling, biologics and multi-specifics, cell & gene therapies, data science and machine learning
• Experience in leading dry and wet lab, both in academia and large, multi-national research organizations, managing stakeholder relationships with boards, investors and scientific advisors, due diligence in funding and in- and out-licensing discussions
