1. Online application

When?

  • for the winter semester (01.10. - 31.03.): from mid/end of May
  • for the summer semester (01.04. - 30.09.): from mid/end of November


What do I have to do?
Fill out the form (online application).


Please note:

  • After completing the form, your data will be saved in the applicant database. However, your application is not complete until you have submitted your written/ print out application (see 2.).
  • After completing the form, a PDF will be generated, the ‘Application for Admission’, which you will need for the written application (see 2.).

2. Written/ print out application

What do you need?
You must submit the following documents in writing:

  • completed application for admission (= printout of the PDF of the online application)
  • recognised German examination at level B2 or better
  • Transcript of Records (list of your grades) from your home university
  • Certificate of enrolment from your home university
  • curriculum vitae
  • Copy of your passport

Please note:

  • Your documents must be submitted in German or English.
  • Translations must be prepared by sworn interpreters.
  • Applicants from China, Mongolia, India or Vietnam also require an APS certificate.
