Study content:

In this degree programme, subject-specific foundations are established in five different sub-subjects of historical research. Students thus learn basic competences of scientific work, acquire competences in dealing with historical events and gain an insight into theories of historical science and their methodological application. By choosing a minor subject and adding further achievements in the elective area, students have the opportunity to specialise in the subject and prepare for later professional fields.
