There will be an international lecture series on teacher training again in the winter semester 2025/26. This time, we are particularly pleased to welcome Professor Johan Sandahl (Stockholm University), who will give a lecture on ‘Social Studies and the Climate Crisis: Building Students' Capacity for Change’ as part of the Augsburg A.LEAP project. 

Together with the four other Bavarian project partners, FAU Erlangen-Nuremberg, the University of Bamberg, the University of Würzburg and the University of Passau, A.LEAP is organising this inter-university lecture series as part of the ‘Lehramt.International’ programme of the German Academic Exchange Service (DAAD).

The lecture series is dedicated to current issues of global perspectives in teacher education. Each semester has a new thematic focus, illuminated by contributions from international speakers.
