Ellen McLaughlin's Lysistrata

— an adaptation of Aristophanes' notorious sex-comedy about a woman's mission to end the Peloponnesian War between Athens and Sparta by persuading the women of the warring cities to engage in a sex strike as a means of forcing the men to negotiate peace.

Performances:

Thursday 18^th, Friday 19^th, Monday 22^nd, and Tuesday 23^rd June, 2026
8 p.m., at Hörsaal II (C building of the University)
