Nomination Information for exchange coordinators
Please use our online nomination system Mobility-Online to submit your exchange nominations. We cannot accept nominations by email.
Nominations can only be submitted when our online nomination system is open:
- Winter Semester/Full Year: 01 April to 15 May
- Summer Semester: 01 October to 15 November
All partner universities are sent invitations to nominate their students before every nomination period starts by email, including the login data required for accessing the online nomination system.
If you have not been contacted even though we have an inter-institutional agreement with your institution it is likely that our email was sent to a different staff member at your institution. Please get in touch with us at email@example.com so we can update our database with your contact details.
Requirements for nominations
We have a variety of exchange agreements and you may be nominating students under a few subject-specific agreements. You can use the same login details for the different agreements and you will be able to select the appropriate subject area and agreement on the nomination form for each individual student.
Please only nominate students who study in degree programmes where we have an agreement and don’t exceed the number of student places, unless arranged with us. If in doubt, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org beforehand.
