Pascal Raczek studied technically oriented business administration at the University of Stuttgart for both his Bachelor's and Master's degrees (Bachelor and Master of Science). He completed his studies with his master's thesis, a meta-analysis on the effects of personalization in marketing. Since May 2023 he is working and doing his doctoral thesis in the team at the Chair of Value Based Marketing at the University of Augsburg.
During his studies he gained experience as a student and graduate assistant at the Chair of Logistics and Supply Management at the University of Stuttgart. In addition to an internship in sales, he conducted a semester abroad in Oxford, UK, during his master's studies in 2020.
