Exercise 1: Relaxation for the Eyes

 

Warmth and darkness relax the eye.

 

How to do it:

  • Rub the palms of your hands together and then place the warm palms on your closed eyes for about 30 seconds.

Repeat this process:

  • Already after one time the exercise should show a positive effect.If it is necessary, the exercise can be repeated several times.

Exercise 2: Activation of the Eyes

 

How to do it:

  • This exercise is best done standing upright, but can also be done sitting down.
  • Your posture is relaxed, but nothing moves during the exercise except for your eyes.
  • One hand of your hand is brought into the thumbs-up position.
  • Now, move this hand back and forth in front of you and track it with your eyes only.
  • Try to test as many different angles as possible.

Variation:

  • Cover one eye with your other hand.
