The 340-page anthology entitled 资本市场法的新发展--从德国的观察视角 (Current Developments in European Capital Markets Law - the German Perspective) contains thirteen contributions from the field of capital markets law and presents various facets of this area of law. In addition to fundamental legal methodological and legal dogmatic issues, the obligations of listed companies and financial intermediaries are addressed.
