The content and objectives of the GGS events and workshops are primarily geared towards the needs of doctoral candidates and postdocs from the three faculties involved in the GGS. The Graduate Center and Augsburg University Library (see below) offer interdisciplinary and cross-faculty continuing education courses for academics in the early stages of their careers in all faculties. The graduate support programs offered by the University of Augsburg are based on the European Competence Framework for Researchers.
