Study content:

The four-semester Master's degree programme Music qualifies students with outstanding artistic performance in the preceding Bachelor`s degree programme to work as soloists, chamber or orchestral musicians, singer in ensembles or conductor of wind orchestras, as well as for the organisation, realisation and mediation of artistic and interdisciplinary music performances/projects.

Major artistic-practical subjects that can be studied are Wind orchestra conducting, Vocal Music Education, Historical keyboard instruments with an emphasis on fortepiano, or the instruments Bassoon, French Horn, Clarinet, Piano, Oboe, Trombone, Flute, Percussion, Trumpet, Viola, Violin or Violoncello.

Proof of language skill at CEFR Level B2 can be submitted by the end of the semester after initial enrolment on the Master's degree programme in Music. Applicants must provide proof of language skills at least at CEFR Level B1.
