Annex to the record for the Bachelor/Master Thesis - “Corona form” 

This form is the confirmation that students, despite the Corona virus restrictions, can work on their topic and do not have to apply for an extension of time due to the Corona virus measures.
The form must be signed by the examiners and students before it is submitted. The topic will only be issued if this signed form has been received.
