(...) This work contains the research results on transnational legal issues from a South African and German perspective, which have been developed in cooperation between the University of Augsburg and the University of Johannesburg over the last decade. Current topics are introduced by scholars from South Africa and then reflected upon by German colleagues. This leads to a better understanding of unresolved legal issues in both legal systems.

Together with his research assistant Isabella Brosig, Professor Dr. Thomas M.J. Möllers wrote an article for the volume titled "Law-Enforcement in Turbulent Times How to Work with Principles in Capital Markets Law".
