(…)  The relevance and significance of basic legal techniques and methods was once again confirmed by the large number of participants in the lecture "How Lawyers Think". In his lecture, Professor Möllers elaborated, among other things, fundamental techniques and methods of legal work, such as methods of interpretation according to Savigny, the formation of an analogy and steps of a teleological analogy.
