The teaching programme of the Master's degree programme in German Studies comprises the areas of Modern German Literature, German Linguistics, Language and Literature of the Middle Ages as well as Didactics of German Language and Literature. An extensive optional area allows for the targeted formation of interests and an individual specialisation for students. In addition to the integration of practical-creative and interdisciplinary options within the Augsburg module plan, a one-semester stay abroad can be undertaken. This Master's programme is also suitable for those interested in the Gymnasium teaching programme.
