Paula Ammer

Paula Ammer is studying Educational Science in her Bachelor's degree at the University of Augsburg and has been working in the Office for Equal Opportunities since February 2021. Her responsibilities focus on event management: She supports the office in planning, implementing and evaluating the KleVer program of the Women's Representative as well as other events such as the Diversity Week of the City of Augsburg. In addition, Paula is active in the AStA department for gender and equality.

Katharina Bässler

Katharina Bässler is studying Social Sciences and European Ethnology in her Bachelor's degree. She has been working in the Office for Equal Opportunity since January 2021. In addition to the day-to-day office activities, she is responsible for research and processing around the topic of sexual harassment and discrimination in the university context, furthermore she supports the implementation of the project Evermood, a software for digital communication, counseling and complaints for university employees. Katharina is active in the AStA department for gender and equality.
