Vienna Klein, born in 1991, graduated with a Bachelor of Arts in International Management from the International School of Management in Frankfurt, majoring in Finance and Logistics. She then completed a Master of Science in Business Administration with a technical focus on Supply Chain Management and Logistics at the University of Duisburg-Essen. From 2017, she worked as a research assistant at the Chair of General Business Administration, in particular Business Analytics & Management Science, at the University of the Bundeswehr (UniBw) in Munich. In September 2022, she completed her PhD on "Integrated Demand Management and Vehicle Routing Problems in Last-Mile Delivery". Since March 2023, she has been a research assistant at the Chair of Analytics & Optimization.
