Spanish Language and Literature (Two Subject Bachelor) (B.A.)
Study content:
The Study of Ibero-Romance provides a practical linguistic, literary, and intercultural competency in the transatlantic field of the Iberian Peninsula and Latin America. It introduces students to the working methods and subjects of linguistics, literature, and cultural media studies. Further central components of the degree programme are, in addition to the broad philological basic knowledge, specialized language skills in the areas of listening comprehension, oral and written expression, translation and autonomous language learning (in particular Spanish). Finally, key competences in research, information management, and interculturality can be acquired.

Special features
The introductory modules in language practice for students of Hispanic subjects require language skills in Spanish on the level B2 (CEFR). All students are therefore strongly advised to participate in the qualification test for Spanish (Hispanic subjects).
