Prior to that, he completed various internships alongside his Bachelor's degree, in the areas of tax consultancy as well as auditing for Sonntag & Partner and in the automotive industry for the BMW AG.
From August 2018 on, Moritz Bruckner worked as a student assistant at the chair of Prof. Dr. Daniel Veit. Since February 2019, he has been a research and teaching assistant.
In his research, Moritz Bruckner focuses on the area of behavioral science in the context of disruptive technologies. Specifically, Moritz Bruckner conducts research on the disintermediation of digital financial systems and the accompanying, systematic persuasion and deception of investors. Furthermore, his research deals with implications and applications of algorithmically automated heuristics (Artificial Intelligence).
Moritz Bruckner is a member of the following professional associations: Association for Information Systems (AIS), Gesellschaft für Informatik e.V. (GI) and Institute for Digitization Research (idr).
