The Institute for European Cultural History (IEK for short) consists of its members. All members of the University of Augsburg who hold a doctorate and conduct independent research in the field of European cultural history can become members. The IEK is managed by a board of directors. It also has a team of staff members who conduct their own academic research, supervise publications and projects at the institute, and coordinate and organize the activities of the IEK.
