Geboren in München, Bayern. Studium des Lehramts an Gymnasien mit den Fächern Latein und Psychologie mit schulpsychologischem Schwerpunkt an der Ludwigs-Maximilians-Universität München (2014-2022). Erasmus-Stipendium in Jyväskylä, Finnland (2019). Studentische Hilfskraft an der Begabungspsychologischen Beratungsstelle (2017-2018), am Lehrstuhl für Pädagogische und Persönlichkeitspsychologie (2018) der LMU München und am Lehrstuhl für Psychologie der Universität Augsburg (2021-2022). Seit Februar 2022 wissenschaftliche Mitarbeiterin am Lehrstuhl für Psychologie bei Prof. Dr. Markus Dresel an der Universität Augsburg im Rahmen des Projektes „ProkRASt-Prävention“ (Prokrastination als Risikofaktor für den Abbruch des Studiums: Prävention durch Motivations- und Handlungsregulation).

Student assistant at the Psychological Counselling Centre for the Gifted (2017-2018), at the Chair of Educational and Personality Psychology (2018) at LMU Munich, and at the Chair of Psychology at the University of Augsburg (2021-2022). Since February 2022, research assistant at the Chair of Psychology of Prof. Dr. Markus Dresel at the University of Augsburg as part of the project “ProkRASt-Prävention” (Procrastination as a risk factor for student drop-out: Prevention through motivation and action regulation).
