Stefan Wahl studierte an der Universität Augsburg Wirtschaftsingenieurwesen mit den Schwerpunkten „Materials Resource Management“ und „Management and Sustainability“. Von 2012 bis 2017 war er studentische und wissenschaftliche Hilfskraft in der Arbeitsgruppe „Production Management“ am Lehrstuhl von Professor Dr. Tuma.

Seit April 2017 ist Stefan Wahl wissenschaftlicher Mitarbeiter am Lehrstuhl für Production & Supply Chain Management.
