    We read several chapters in the book "Statistical Mechanics of Lattice Systems" by Friedli and Velenik, covering the mathematical theory of Gibbs measures.

  • Stochastic Modelling in Complex Systems - WiSe 24/25 - Stefan Großkinsky
    We use and extend the theory of stochastic processes (MTH-1670) to introduce and analyze several stochastic models of complex systems, including the classical Ising model and other spin systems, the contact process as a basic model of infectious dynamics and the exclusion process describing basic transport phenomena of interacting particles.
