Amelie Michalke studierte Wirtschaftsingenieurwesen mit den Schwerpunkten "Materials Resource Management" und "Materials Engineering" an der Universität Augsburg. Im Jahr 2020 war sie als wissenschaftliche Mitarbeiterin am Lehrstuhl von Professor Dr. Tuma tätig.

Seit Januar 2021 ist Amelie Michalke als wissenschaftliche Mitarbeiterin an der Universität Greifswald tätig und arbeitet als Gastwissenschaftlerin mit der Arbeitsgruppe ResourceLab am Lehrstuhl für Production & Supply Chain Management zusammen.
