In jedem Semester werden verschiedene Themen angeboten. Sie werden zu Beginn des jeweiligen Semesters bekannt gegeben.

Die Themen sind seminargebunden und müssen entsprechend in der jeweiligen Sprache des Seminars verfasst werden.

(Deutsche Themen ausschließlich im Bachelorseminar (dt.) und in deutscher Sprache bearbeitet und vice versa).

Theme/topic in summer term 2022: „The future of work: Innovation and sustainability“

Current topics are:

1. Job attitudes: job satisfaction, organizational identification, turnover intentions and psychological empowerment.

2. The link between organizational ethics and job satisfaction 

3. Person-job-fit: how individuals match with the tasks performed at work

4. Homeoffice and its influence on the usefulness of one’s job

Note:
Topics are tied to seminars and have to be elaborated in the respective language of the seminar.

(English topics will only be assigned to participants of the English seminar and vice versa)
