2nd Workshop on Vignette Experiments in Business Administration and Economics

© Universität Augsburg

Why this workshop?

Vignette experiments (also called "factorial surveys") are a method for collecting empirical evidence that is increasingly attracting attention in business administration and economics. Since the method has combined features of laboratory experiments with survey research, it boosts a number of specific advantages. Equally at the same time it implies some particular challenges. Therefore, the workshop aims at providing a platform for discussing what´s the best way to run such experiments.

What kind of submissions are welcome?

We welcome submissions on all topics of business administration and economics.

Submissions can either relate to already finished studies for which you seek feedback before submitting to a journal or to studies that you intend to carry-out in the future. The submissions will be subdivided according to their stage into early-stage and late-stage sessions. Submissions could be made in English or German.

The submission deadline is January 6th, 2018. Please send your submissions (both full papers and abstracts are welcome) to jennifer.kunz@wiwi.uni-augsburg.de.

Who should attend?

The workshop intends to provide a platform for exchanging ideas and experiences on vignette experiments for established scholars, young faculty and Ph.D. students. The workshop offers the opportunity to come together with other colleagues from the same subject area.
