(…)  Die Aktualität und Brisanz grundlegender juristischer Arbeitstechnik und Methodenlehre wird durch die breite Teilnehmerzahl an dem Vortag „How Lawyers Think“ wieder einmal bestätigt. Herr Professor Möllers ging in seinem Vortrag unter anderem auf die grundlegende Techniken und Methoden des juristischen Arbeitens, wie Auslegungsmethoden nach Savigny, die Bildung einer Analogie und Schritte einer teleologischen Analogie, ein.
