Humam Dawood is a dentist, international health specialist, and humanitarian actor. He began his work in healthcare within humanitarian settings in Syria in 2011, serving in several field hospitals under siege. His experience includes advanced trauma care, including during the chemical weapon attack on Ghouta on August 21, 2013. Over the years, he has contributed to the planning, design, and implementation of health interventions in Syria, Ethiopia, and Ukraine.
